Welcome to the ADX Rooms page!  

We are delighted you are interested in housing at ADX House!  We have both single and double rooms available.  The lease period is six months beginning in January / July and ending in June / December.  Below is a chart delineating move-in costs and monthly costs for both single and double rooms.  All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and chair, dresser and book case.  Each floor has a kitchen complete with cooking and dining utensils.  Your rent includes all utilities, a free washer and dryer on the premises, cleaning supplies, all paper products, and housing supplies (like light bulbs, for example).  Our housing costs are unbeatable in Berkeley.  We are happy to admit that the owners of the house, Marda and Ginny, are very gracious and willing to provide housing for the female Christian community.   Thank you, Marda and Ginny!  We also have DSL access in each room for an additional monthly fee, and parking is  available on a first-come, first-served basis for $40.00 per month.  If you wish to learn more about housing, please follow the links to our House Rules and House Contract pages!
